My approach to health and fitness is unique and effective. My philosophy of a balanced approach to fitness is that true transformation is when a client pushes past their physical and mental limits, always being mindful of where you are in your journey. I emphasize slow and low impact with controlled movements. My online coaching is a 360 degree approach to health taking into account not just the physical fitness but also nutrition patterns, habits, and stress management.

I am a holistic wellness coach, strength training coach, and cancer exercise specialist. I always lead with compassion and I infuse a fun, lighthearted, and exciting atmosphere into our workouts while pushing you to achieve your best. With over 30 years experience, I am a certified cancer exercise specialist, certified fitness nutrition specialist, and certified personal trainer. Online training makes it affordable for you with the same results as in person.
